Prior to taking the online test for certification, we encourage you to click on the Free Quiz button above which will direct you to our 10 question true or false practice quiz. This will give you a better idea of the types of test questions you’ll be answering today for your certification.

Next, click on the Study Session button and pay the one time low price of $49.00 to begin. The study session should take approximately 40 minutes to read and if you did well on the practice quiz and you reviewed the study session, we are confident you will pass the online multiple choice test.

To get started on your certification and license, click the Online Test for Certification button. The online test consists of 30 questions, multiple choice and true or false. In order to pass, you’ll need to correctly answer 70% of the questions or 21 out of 30.

EMPLOYER TRAINING

If you are an employer needing employer training, this course offers a full outline of all class types of lift trucks, instructions on how to operate a lift truck, how to avoid accidents in the workplace and will guide you in developing your own training program.

After completing the course and taking the online test for certification, you will receive your very own certification to operate lift trucks, a Forklift Driver Evaluation Form to test your employees in the field and a Pre-Shift/Operating Inspection Report for your employees to fill out prior to operating your lift trucks.

FORKLIFT DRIVER EVALUATION IN THE FIELD
Don’t be misled by other web sites offering Forklift Driver Evaluations online. In order to be OSHA compliant, you must pass the online multiple-choice test offered here, followed by a Forklift Driver Evaluation in the field. A Forklift Driver Evaluation can be administered by a person who has the knowledge, training and experience to train operators on how to operate a lift truck and evaluate their competence; and where such operation does not endanger the trainee or other employees.

IT’S THE LAW, NO OPERATOR UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE! It is a violation of Federal Law for anyone under 18 years of age to operate a forklift or for anyone over 18 years of age who is not properly trained and certified to operate a forklift.
